SHIPPING
As each garment is handmade to order by Caterina, all Catheclisma items are completed and dispatched within 20-25 working days.  Please note that during periods of high demand orders may take longer. If you would like something to arrive urgently or before a specific date, please contact Caterina on Instagram. Packages are shipped throughout Italy. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been processed.  If you wish to ship internationally please contact us here.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds Since the brand's philosphy is no waste in terms of fabric, work and carbon emissions we offer a bespoke service in order to give you a well fitted garment and to avoid returns. If you are not really sure on the size and measurment contact us here.  Returns are not allowed on bespoke orders, since they can't be sold again after their return. Therefore you can return your standard sized garment being responsible for the return’s shipping cost. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded. In the uncommon case in which the item you’ve received is faulty, please contact us and we will shortly get back to you in order to help and find the best solution. You can send us an email for the return within 7 days since you have received the order, and you have 14 days to return it to us. You have to ship it in the original package unworn, with all the tags attached and in perfect conditions. When will receive the order we will check its conditions and we will give you a code corresponding to the total amount of your purchase minus the Stripe fee and shipping costs.
