Utilizziamo solo materiali esistenti, lavorati in modo etico e intenzionale, per trasformare ciò che resta in qualcosa di unico e necessario.
Per garantirti un capo che ti calzi perfettamente e per ridurre i resi, offriamo un servizio su misura per alcuni capi selezionati.
Se hai dubbi sulla taglia, scrivi a catheclismawebsite@gmail.com — saremo felici di aiutarti.
Accettiamo resi solo se hai fornito le tue misure personali al momento dell’ordine. Ricordati di comunicare le tue misure nelle note dell'ordine prima dell'acquisto o al massimo via mail entro il giorno stesso.
Se il capo non veste correttamente e le misure che ci hai inviato erano corrette, potrebbe trattarsi di un errore da parte nostra.
In tal caso, scrivi a catheclismawebsite@gmail.com per richiedere un reso o un cambio entro 14 giorni di calendario dalla ricezione del tuo ordine.
Ci occuperemo noi dei costi di spedizione e degli eventuali aggiustamenti sartoriali.
Se invece preferisci cambiare il capo con un altro, ti invieremo un codice sconto pari all’importo totale del tuo acquisto (escluse le spese di spedizione), non appena avremo ricevuto il reso.
Nel raro caso in cui tu riceva un articolo difettoso, contattaci tempestivamente. Ti risponderemo al più presto per trovare insieme la soluzione migliore.
Nota bene:
Se hai cambiato idea, selezionato la taglia sbagliata, non hai fornito le misure o le misure inviate erano errate, non potremo accettare il reso, perché il capo è stato realizzato appositamente per te — e per nessun’altra.
I rimborsi non sono previsti, a meno che l’errore non sia da parte nostra.
Gli articoli nella sezione Archive Sale non possono essere resi.

To ensure you receive a perfectly fitted garment and to reduce unnecessary returns, we offer a bespoke service tailored to your measurements on selected items.
If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us at catheclismawebsite@gmail.com — we’re happy to help.
Returns are only accepted if you provided your personal measurements when placing the order. Please remember to communicate your measurements in the order notes before your purchase or at the latest via email within the same day.
If your garment doesn’t fit properly and the measurements you submitted were accurate, it may be due to an error on our part.
In that case, please email catheclismawebsite@gmail.com to request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
We will cover shipping costs and take care of any tailoring needed to fix the issue.
If you would prefer to exchange the item for a different piece, you will receive a store credit equal to the full purchase amount (excluding shipping), once we receive the original item back.
In the rare case that you receive a faulty item, please contact us promptly. We will get back to you as quickly as possible to assist and find the best solution.
Please note:
If you’ve changed your mind, selected the wrong size, didn’t submit your measurements, or submitted incorrect ones, we won’t be able to accept the return — the piece was made just for you, and for no one else.
Refunds are not accepted unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
Archive Sale pieces cannot be returned.
